Getting Started Guide

Before your conference

Sign up for an account with Express

You can try our conferencing service for free for 7 days.

Distribute the meeting details

Once you’re set up with an account, invite all your guests to your meeting via email. Make sure you include the:

  • date and time of the meeting
  • dial-in numbers list
  • national 1300 number (if dialling in from Australia)
  • guest code

Tailor your account with free features

We can activate many useful features to enhance your audio conference. These include participant name announce, guest entry on mute, conference quickstart and PINs. See the full list of features here.

During your conference

Joining the conference call:

  1. Using your mobile or landline phone, dial the number relevant to your location. The numbers are located on the dial-in number list provided to you. You can also find the list here.
  2. When prompted, enter the correct access code using your telephone keypad to be joined into the meeting. The host enters the host code and all the guests enter the guest code.

Recording the conference call

The meeting host can record the conference at any time during the conference call by dialing *2*1 on their telephone keypad to begin recording. The recordings are held on our secure servers for 28 days so you can download and distribute the record of your meeting.

Ask for assistance if needed

In-conference support is available during business hours (8am – 6pm Mon – Fri). Just dial *0*0.

After your conference


You can request a list of everybody who attended your meeting.

Download your recording

Your recording will be available for download from our servers for 28 days after your meeting. The recording can be embedded onto your website and distributed to all your guests. You can access your recordings on our Recording Portal.
